Our Cancellation and Refund Policy:

2.1. We ask that you please appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of Northern Australia’s climate requires considerable flexibility in regards to expectations of tour experiences. The published itinerary provided for each tour is the closet representation of expections to be experienced, though it is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.

2.2. If you cancel or withdraw for any reason, the following terms will govern all refunds. Your refund status is calculated on the day we receive your written cancellation;

•25% cancellation fee 30 days plus prior to departure,
•50% cancellation fee 30 days or less prior to departure,
•100% cancellation fee within 14 days prior to departure,
•No refunds are made if you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion,
•No refunds for any unused part or activity of a tour for any reason,
•Credit card fees incurred by us will not be included in refunds.

2.3. Changes to Group booking numbers: Amendment fees, extra charges and new rates may apply.  This is to cover additional configurations on agreed costs and services. For example, where groups have received ‘Free of Charge’ or concessions on accommodation, chartered bus and reef rates based on group numbers.

2.4. If we cancel or make alterations for any reason after reciept of your reservation deposit, part payment or full payment or once a tour has commenced, the following terms will govern all refunds. We reserve the right to cancel, alter or change a published itinerary at any time due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events such as bad weather;
•you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund;
•due to external events outside our reasonable control refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs.
•We will provide a credit (no cash refund) for future travel due to itinerary alteration or cancelation resulting from bad weather*.

2.5.*If it would be inconvenient to transfer to a future date, we recommend you purchase insurance to protect against trip alteration or cancellation (of the tour) due to weather conditions.

2.6. If we make a major change to the published itinerary we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible, if there is time before departure. When a major change is made you may choose between accepting the change, obtaining a refund of money paid on the land portion of the trip only or accepting an alternative tour offered.

2.7. After departure:  We reserve the right to change an itinerary due to local circumstances or events outside of our control.   In such emergency circumstances the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by you. Please note we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of the change of itinerary such as visas, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.
